General Overview

I encourage you to read this page through, but here are some of the key points:

• You can use and modify the music from this site for basically any purpose (even commercially).


• This includes using it in videos, livestreams, podcasts, games, tv, radio, live productions, etc. You can also use it to make remixes and original musical works.


• You don't even have to credit or mention lofigenerator.com, unless you're just redistributing the music unaltered.

Licensing

All music produced and distributed by lofigenerator.com is licensed under CC BY 4.0. This is a very open license that permits royalty-free, commercial and non-commercial use and adaptation of the music. This type of license usually requires attribution, but as permitted by the CC licenses, I’ve decided to waive the attribution requirement subject to the following conditions:

1. You do not sell or redistribute unaltered (or superficially modified) copies of the music. You do not redistribute the music as a musical item, as stock, in a tool or template, or in a musical playlist, stream or compilation.

AND

2. You do not claim ownership the music and you do not mislead anyone about the origin of the music.

For clarity, Section 3(a)(1) of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License will have no effect when the above conditions are abided by.
